本科课程:《仪器分析》 研究生课程:《电化学仪器原理和方法》 博士生课程:《现代电分析化学》 科研简介 研究领域涉及电化学(生物)传感器、材料电化学、电致化学发光、芯片实验室等。 在国内最早开展了温度调制电极(热电极)的研究工作。在界面电化学、温度调制电化学基础理论及其应用方面作出了重要研究成果。在国际上第一个实现了用于半导体三维封装技术的高深宽比通孔(TSV)电镀。目前该专利技术被用于最先进的封装工艺。

自2001年来,连续获得并主持4项国家自然科学基金项目。申请国家发明专利8项,发表SCI论文40余篇。包括Chem.Eur. J, Chem. Commun.,J. Mater. Chem., J. Phys. Chem. C,Langmuir,ChemPhysChem,Electrochem. Commun. 以及Analyst及等国际著名期刊。发表在Chem. Commun.上研究热电极对治疗禽流感前驱物(莽草酸)的高灵敏度检测方面的论文,被选为热点文章(Hot Article),并被英国皇家会期刊Chemical Technology 作为亮点介绍。 社会兼职 中国电子学会,电子制造与封装技术分会,第十届电镀专家委员会副主任委员; 《电镀与精饰》杂志编辑委员会委员 科研项目
