本科生课程:《综合化学实验》、《仪器分析实验》 助教课程:《无机和分析化学》、《仪器分析》 科研简介 主要从事创新药物制剂的研究,以提高药物的有效性、降低毒副作用。

主要学术成绩涵盖药物新材料、新技术和新工艺的应用基础研究:(1)成功构建多种新型靶向纳米载药系统改善难溶性药物的功效,降低毒副作用;(2)设计并合成出一系列新型基因非病毒载体显著提高基因药物转染效率;(3)构建多种纳米载药系统用于改善临床肿瘤治疗效果并进行详细机制研究;(4)设计构建可特异性调控循环肿瘤细胞用于预防肿瘤转移的纳米药物。以上学术成就已在国际重要学术期刊Biotechnol Adv、Drug Discov Today、ACS Nano、Biomaterials、J Controlled Release、Mol Pharmaceutics等上发表论文30余篇,第一作者19篇,累计影响因子达176.75分,论文已被引用527次,其中影响因子5.0以上的论文19篇,有17篇论文刊登在《SCI?JCR期刊综合评价主题分区表》一区期刊。相关成果申请专利7项,已授权3项。
